Recreational GIRLS BASKETBALL
Westfield Youth Sports offers three youth basketball leagues in the girls division. First and Second Graders are combined, Third and Fourth Graders play together, and finally Fifth and Sixth Graders form the oldest grade group.

LEAGUE DESCRIPTION
1st-2nd Grade Girls Rec Basketball
An emphasis is placed on introducing girls to basic fundamentals of basketball in a fun and non-competitive setting. The season starts in January and ends in March. The teams will practice one night per week and have one game per week on Saturday.
3rd–6th Grade Girls Rec Basketball
An emphasis is placed on developing and improving basketball skills in a more competitive atmosphere. The season starts in January and ends with a tournament in March. The teams will practice one weeknight per week and have one game per week on Saturday.
