Background Checks

If you’re looking to volunteer or coach one of our sports, you’ll need to complete a background check by clicking here. Completing the background check is required prior to team practices/games.

Note: You will be redirected to the Sterling Volunteers (formerly Verified Volunteer) website that WYSI uses for background checks. You will need to sign in (or create a new account) with Sterling Volunteers to complete your background check. This will be a different account than your WYSI account.

Cost: Westfield Youth Sports covers the $13 fee (or you may choose to pay for it)
