Westfield Youth Sports has been selected as a 2026 Grant Recipient! We want to thank the Advancing Westfield Foundation for their support and generosity. Our non-profit organization will use the funds to support the families and children in our community to ensure that all kids in Westfield can participate in youth sports.
The Advancing Westfield Foundation made the special announcement on Sept. 1. Overall, the Advancing Westfield Foundation awarded $499,000 in grant funding to 22 organizations serving the Westfield community.
The Advancing Westfield Foundation supports nonprofit partnerships that provide vital services for youth, adults, seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities and families throughout the community. Funding is made possible through net proceeds from the Mayor’s Grand Gala and supports organizations working in areas such as health and wellness, food insecurity, youth development, senior support, mental health, and disability services.
“These grants represent the heart of what the Advancing Westfield Foundation was created to do — support the organizations that are meeting real needs in our community,” said Mayor Scott Willis. “From youth development and mental health to food insecurity and senior support, these organizations are making a meaningful difference in the lives of Westfield residents. We are grateful for their work and proud to invest in their continued impact.”
