Westfield Youth Sports has once again partnered with Beck’s for a Fall Sports Fundraiser!
A $10 donation will get families 12 bags of popcorn. Beck’s will donate a large portion from each bag sold back to our WYSI programs.
We encourage all families to participate in this fundraiser. The goal is to sell 10 bags per player. The fundraiser starts on August 7, and families will need to finalize all orders by August 31. Popcorn pickup information will be provided to our members through an email at a later date.
Families may scan the QR code on the graphic or click the link at the top or bottom of this press release to order popcorn. You may share the QR code or the link with your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers asking them to support our organization.
The fall sports team that sells the most popcorn will receive a free end of the season party at Urban Air! Team members will get free admission and socks. There will be discounted entry prices for siblings and parents. The party includes a free private room for two hours. The party must be booked Monday-Friday (Fridays may vary based on room availability).
Last year, many families had similar questions regarding this type of fundraiser. Here is some more context:
- How can I see who has purchased the popcorn?
WYSI will pull a report with that information once the fundraiser ends. This will show who bought popcorn for which player (which is a question on the online form). - How will popcorn be distributed?
The deadline for orders is August 31. WYSI will set up a table on a gameday Saturday in September for families to pick up their orders. Once we get closer to the date, we will email you more information on how that will work. - How do I place an order?
Once you click the link below or scan the QR code. You will be redirected to a Zeffy Fundraiser Page. Please click the Add+ icon to select how many boxes of popcorn you want to purchase. Then click continue.
Additional questions appear on the next page. Please fill out your information, then answer the questions about the player you are supporting. At the summary, Zeffy will ask you for an optional donation. If you prefer not to donate, simply select “Other”.
