WYSI Field Hockey is a co-ed program for boys and girls that teaches the fundamentals of field hockey in a fun, encouraging environment. No experience is required to participate.
WYSI offers three age-based leagues (3rd-5th Grade, 6th-8th Grade, and 9th-12th Grade). Volunteer coaches are encouraged to register. Please review the information below for more details.
Field Hockey is a co-ed sport. Boys and girls are eligible to participate.

Practices
Field Hockey practices will take place at Grand Park (Field 7) on Monday’s from 7-8:30 PM. The first practice is slated for August 3 and the final practice will take place on September 28.
*Sept. 7 is Labor Day… That practice will be shifted to Wednesday, Sept. 9 from 7-8:30 PM.
Games
Field Hockey games will be played on Saturday’s and the location will alternate between Grand Park and Fishers. Games will be played between 10AM-12 PM starting on August 8 and ending on Oct. 3.

Uniforms: Each player will get a team shirt.
Coaches: Volunteer coaches can click the green register button to help coach an age group. Make sure to sign up to be a head coach or assistant coach.
Background Checks Required: If you want to coach, you must complete a background check. To do this, please register in LeagueApps first; once registered to coach, you’ll automatically receive an email from Ankored to log in and complete your requirements. No separate account creation is needed; simply visit app.ankored.com and use your LeagueApps username and password. Completing the background check is required prior to team practices/games.
