Registration fees paid to Westfield Youth Sports for a sports program may be refunded less the following applicable fee:

• A $30 fee will be deducted for registrations withdrawn prior to registration closing.
• 50% of registration fee will be deducted for registrations withdrawn after registration closes, but prior to the first game.
• No refunds will be given for registrations withdrawn after the first game.
• Refunds are processed twice a month.
