Lacrosse is a fast-paced sport that is growing throughout the area!  It is great for multi-sport athletes as it will help with agility, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.  It takes elements from soccer, basketball, softball and volleyball that will help your daughter build skills that will transfer.  If your daughter is playing another spring sport and wants to give lacrosse a try we will be flexible to their schedule.  Information regarding the 2025 Spring Lacrosse season can be found below, season-specific details are subject to change.
